If you provide a contact email, it is used for pilot support or status follow-up and is not shown on public report pages or reporter status views.
Your status link is a confidential bearer link. Anyone with the link may be able to view the reporter-safe status page, so do not share it publicly.
External email and webhook delivery is disabled for the first pilot.
Removing contact email does not fully erase or anonymize a report because report content, status history, audit records, and an email hash may remain for integrity and support purposes.
Report, status and audit records are retained only for as long as needed to operate and evaluate the pilot, handle verified privacy or support requests, preserve security and operational integrity, and meet applicable obligations. Retention will be reviewed at pilot close and periodically thereafter. No automatic hard-delete schedule is currently in place.
